Lisa Clement is the Volatiles Platform Manager in Core R&D at Cargill Inc. Her team works on a mixture of long-term research projects and quick turnaround problem solving requests for Cargill's clients and customers. She is currently the Vice Chair of the AOCS Analytical Division and has been a member of the Society and Division for 20 years.
