After graduating as a chemical engineer ESCOM in Paris in 1992 and obtained a master degree in Polymer chemistry, he first joined the french company PHYTOCHIM as plant production manager then SEPPIC, subsidiary of Air Liquide that designs specialty ingredients for health and beauty, in March 1995.
Since then he had held several positions within the company (in sales, marketing and R&D) among them one in the US, during 4 years as Business Marketing Manager in the Beauty Care Ingredients BU.
In March 2022 he was appointed as Open Innovation Team Leader with 2 main responsibilities and missions :
● Organize and Manage Seppic global Open Innovation program
● Streghten the links with Public Universities and Professional Asociations within the scope of Seppic activities (Health & Beauty Care markets)
In 2023 he got the title of International Senior Expert within the Air Liquide group
