I am Harjot Kaur, a Graduate Student in the Department of Food Science at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. I hold a Bachelor's and Master's in Microbiology and was honored as a gold medalist in my M.Sc. in India. My research focuses on physiochemical and sensory qualities of vegan protein curds for the production of new plant based products and contributing to sustainability.
