Manasi Bhate, Ph.D. Senior Lead Scientist and Head of Protein Science, IFF Health & Biosciences
Manasi is a physical chemist with 12+ years of experience in cross-functional teams that deliver protein products. She has a BA in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Oberlin College, a PhD in physical chemistry from Columbia University in New York and did a post-doctoral fellowship at UCSF in computational protein design. She currently leads the Protein Science group at IFF Health & Biosciences in Palo Alto and has broad expertise in protein chemistry, analytical chemistry, structure/function biophysics and enzyme engineering.
