Monica is a Food Scientist and Technical Service at Amano Enzyme, where she specializes in the research and development of innovative enzyme solutions for the food and beverage industry. In her role, she works closely with customers to support product development, troubleshoot formulation challenges, and apply enzyme technologies that improve product quality, functionality, and processing efficiency. Monica holds a B.S. in Food Science from Alabama Agricultural & Mechanical University and an M.S. in Food Science with a focus on Public Health Food Microbiology from Tennessee State University. With experience extending across academic research and industrial applications, she is passionate about bridging the gap between science and industry to deliver sustainable, high-performing solutions that address the evolving needs of the global food system.
