Ryosuke Aoki holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Science and is currently a PhD candidate at Tohoku University. He is also a dedicated researcher at J-Oil Mills. With over 10 years of experience in research and development at J-Oil Mills, he has contributed significantly to the development of edible oils and processed oils. His research focuses on lipid oxidation. In 2024, The research team he was part of was honored with the Technology Award from the Japan Society of Nutrition and Food Science for his outstanding contributions to the field.
