Yoshinari Hirakawa specializes in food analysis. He began his career in 2016 at Japan Food Research Laboratories, working in the Vitamin Analysis Division. In 2022, he transferred to the Technical Innovation Team, where he focused on developing new analytical methods. In 2023, he enrolled in the Doctoral Program at the Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Tohoku University, to further his research.
