Arvid Fromberg is Director of the European Union Reference Laboratory for Processing Contaminants (EURL-PC) and has been involved in analytical research and scientific adviser for more than two decades with emphasis on the development of chromatography-mass spectrometry based methods for processing contaminants in food. He is employed at the National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark with main research areas within analysis and exposure of processing contaminants in foods.
