Dr Shunji Kato is a assistant professor at Tohoku University, Japan. He obtained his PhD in Agriculture from the same institution in 2014. His research interests are lipid oxidation and analytical chemistry. Especially, he is focusing on the analysis on lipid hydroperoxide isomers to determine the lipid oxidation mechanisms and lipid oxidative decomposition pathways.
