Frédéric Baudouin obtained his PhD in Food Science and Technology in 2012 in the University of Montpellier (France). He has managed R&D projects in the fields of plant proteins and dairy proteins in Switzerland, Ireland and France for companies and research institutes like Nestlé, Teagasc and Tereos. He is in charge of IMPROVE analytical laboratory, a private R&D centre which helps companies in their projects on novel protein extraction and valorisation.
