Dr. Eric Williams is a Research Chemist supporting Sasol's Chemicals R&D in Lake Charles, LA. His research is in the Homecare, I&I, and Personal Care Applications space and focuses on the synthesis, characterization, formulation, and applications testing involving a host of non-ionic, anionic, and zwitterionic surfactants. He received his BS in Chemistry from the University of North Florida and his PhD in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina. His graduate research focused on the synthesis and development of immobilized-core polymer micelles for use as sacrificial templates towards ordered porous nanomaterials for energy storage applications.
