Grazielle Náthia-Neves, holds a Master's and PhD in Food Engineering and is currently a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow at the Technical University of Denmark (National Food Institute). Her research focuses on the extraction of proteins from lupin seeds using sustainable and emerging technologies. She has extensive experience in green extraction processes for obtaining bioactive compounds, including the use of supercritical fluids and pressurized liquids. Her work also involves protein extraction through microwave and ultrasound-assisted techniques, as well as the physicochemical characterization of proteins.
