Zhen Wang is an Assistant Professor at School of Public Health (Shenzhen), Sun Yat-sen University. Her research focuses on the integrated study of fatty acid nutrition, metabolism, and analysis, with a particular emphasis on the role of functional fatty acids in disease prevention and treatment. She has published 20 SCI papers in the past five years with more than 500 citations. Additionally, she holds the certification as a Registered Dietitian in China.
