I am Hyuk Choi, currently pursuing my PhD at Florida State University under the guidance of Dr. Leqi Cui.
My research is focused on investigating the impact of micelles on lipid oxidation through the substitution of NaCl with KCl.
I studied lipid oxidaiton of vegetable oil during master and worked in a food research institute for 2.5 years.
