Hong Zhang, a senior manager at Wilmar Global R&D Center, holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (2004), with over 25 years of research experience across academia and industry at institutions including Novozymes, Aarhus University, Arla Foods and Wilmar. She has published nearly 40 SCI papers, contributed to five books, specializing in lipid and food area.
