My name is Satoshi Kasatani, and I am a Senior Researcher at the Food & Healthcare Research Division of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation. I specialize in lipid chemistry, and my current research focuses on emulsion stability, emulsifiers, and their relationship with fats and oils. I am based in Tokyo, Japan, and have mostly worked on domestic projects throughout my career. I am a beginner in English communication, but I look forward to learning and connecting.
