I am Nabila Anjum, currently a student of Food Science at Utah State University. After completing my undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition in Bangladesh, I gained valuable knowledge and experience in this field. I worked as a dietitian for a year before joining Utah State University as a graduate student to pursue my dream of obtaining a master’s degree in Food Science.
