Authors with poster presentations will also be available during evening receptions to answer questions about their research. Monday’s reception features poster authors from Biotechnology, Edible Applications Technology, Industrial Oil Products, Lipid Oxidation and Quality, Protein and Co-Products, and Surfactants and Detergents. All attendees are welcome—no advance registration needed.
